From touchscreen billing at the counter to stock across all your branches. Set up around the way your business already works.
Need something Odoo doesn't do out of the box? We build custom modules for your own rules, such as approval steps, special pricing, and your own reports. We follow Odoo's development guidelines to make future upgrades easier.
Simple, quick billing on a touchscreen, tablet or regular PC. Barcode scanning, split payments, customer loyalty points, gift cards and receipt printing.
See your stock in every branch and store room. Track stock movements, set reorder rules, manage batch and serial numbers and expiry dates, and move stock between branches.
POS sales and supplier bills flow into invoicing, so your records stay in one place. We set up your chart of accounts and VAT/SVAT-ready invoice formats customized for Sri Lanka. Extended accounting and reports are added through community modules when you need them.
POS set up for restaurants, cafes and bakeries. Table floor plans, kitchen order tickets (KOT) sent to kitchen printers, bill splitting and takeaway orders.
Connect your shop to your online store. We sync products, stock and orders between Odoo and WooCommerce, Shopify or your own website, to reduce the risk of overselling.
Tell us where your team loses time. We'll look at how you work today and build an Odoo module that fits it.
The things shop and restaurant owners ask us about most: what it costs, what happens when the internet goes down, and who to call when you need help.
Odoo Community is open-source. You pay only for setup and support, with no yearly license fees.
Your POS keeps billing during internet outages (and power cuts, with a UPS), then syncs later.
We install, configure and train your staff in person, at your shop.
Mon–Sat, 9am–6pm by phone, plus WhatsApp support.
Every business works a little differently. At Aivon Labs, we set up Odoo Community for your business and build custom modules for anything it doesn't do out of the box. We never edit Odoo's core code, so future upgrades stay manageable.
New fields, screens, approval steps and scheduled tasks, built for your rules. Technical details for IT teams: written in Python and XML, following Odoo's official development guidelines.
Receipt printer, barcode scanner, cash drawer and scale integration. We connect and test everything at your shop before you go live.
We move your customers, products, barcodes, opening balances and supplier details from spreadsheets or your old software into Odoo, and check the data with you before go-live.
Setup, customization & support
Here's what an Odoo POS and ERP setup can do for each type of business we work with.
Quick barcode checkout, weighed items, loyalty points, and multiple cash counters.
Table floor plans, kitchen order tickets (KOT), ingredient stock tracking, and bill splitting.
Bulk pricing, batch/lot tracking, delivery orders, customer credit limits, and van sales as a custom module.
Size, color and fabric variants, barcode sticker printing, returns and exchanges, and loyalty for regular customers.
Straight answers about Odoo Community, offline POS, costs, and setup in Sri Lanka.
Odoo gives you one system for POS, stock, sales, purchases and invoicing, so you are not juggling separate tools. It is modular, so you only switch on what you need, and you are not locked in to one vendor. Odoo Community Edition is open-source, so there are no license fees. You pay only for setup, customization and support. Some advanced features are only in the paid Enterprise Edition. We will explain which ones during scoping, before you commit to anything.
We follow Odoo's official development guidelines. Our custom modules add new features on top of Odoo without changing its core code. This keeps your system stable and makes future upgrades easier to plan. For IT teams: modules are written in Python and XML, with OWL for screen changes.
Yes. The Odoo POS runs in your web browser and keeps working when the internet drops. Cashiers can keep scanning barcodes, billing customers and printing receipts. When the connection comes back, the sales sync to your main system automatically. During a power cut, the POS keeps working as long as the computer and printer have power, for example from a UPS or a laptop battery.
We work with common thermal receipt printers (such as Epson), USB and Bluetooth barcode scanners, cash drawers, barcode label printers, weighing scales and kitchen printers. Tell us what you already have. We will check that it works with your setup before you buy anything new.
Yes. We move your products, stock and customer data from Excel or your old system, set up your printers and devices at your premises, train your cashiers and managers in person, and stay with you on your first day live.
Odoo Community is free and open-source. It covers POS, inventory, sales, purchasing and invoicing. Odoo Enterprise adds extra paid features and needs a license bought from Odoo S.A. Most small and medium businesses can run well on Community. We will recommend the right option based on your needs, not on what is easier for us to sell.
It depends on the size of your business and how much customization you need. A single shop with standard needs is much quicker than several branches with custom modules. Contact us with what you need, and we will give you a clear timeline and quote before any work starts.
We're a new team, and we'd rather earn your trust than show you made-up reviews. Our first clients get a discounted setup. In return, we write a short case study together about how it went.
You get the same full service as every client. Once you're up and running, we'll write a short case study with you about what changed in your business.
